Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

I can't post a picture since it's a Christmas gift and don't want to take a chance it will be seen, but it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I purchased with 12 × 48 with 8 names- it was big enough with room to spare! (I was worried about having to make the text too small).
Definitely would buy again!!

Excellent customer service!!! They reached out THE SAME DAY with a template of what mine would look like with my family's names. They wanted to make sure I loved it before they proceeded. When I initially submitted my order with Pretty Perfect Studio, I couldn’t find how to track my order's delivery. I emailed their customer support, and Roldan responded to me in 12 MINUTES with a link! When my order did ship, I got a separate personal email from Elaiza in customer support letting me know my purchase was on the way! I was so impressed and shocked that they cared about enough to keep me updated. When I received my canvas, I was blown away! The quality was impeccable, and it was absolutely well-priced. Josh and Amanda really have a great team and deliver fantastic products that I will continue to rave to my friends and family about. If I could give 6 stars, I would. After a couple weeks of looking into possibilities for getting this sign made, I finally settled on PrettyPerfectStudio. My biggest concerns was quality and timing (needed to have it before Mothers Day!). PrettyPerfectStudio delivered on both of these 110%!! The quality was incredibly impressive and exactly what I approved. Furthermore, it was made, shipped, and delivered very quickly. If anyone needs something similar to this, I highly recommend going through this studio!
