Can I review & approve a custom order design?

Yes — your order will not go into production until you approve your digital art proof.

You’ll receive your first proof within 24 hours (in most cases). Revisions are included — we’ll refine your design until you’re happy.

Once you approve the final proof, your order moves into production.

Note: Non-custom listings do not include a proof unless customization is added.

What can I personalize on custom wall art and gifts?

You can personalize names, dates, quotes, song lyrics, wedding vows, coordinates, family names, and more. Each custom design is made to order based on your exact specifications.

Do you accept returns on personalized or custom items?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes or cancel it; please reach out as soon as possible. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

How long does production and shipping take for personalized items?

Production time: 3–5 business days.

(Custom orders include proof approval before production begins.)

Shipping time: 3–5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

Most customers receive their order within 7–10 business days total.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
