Refund policy
Made-to-Order Items
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
If your order has not yet entered production, we are happy to honor a cancellation and issue a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact support@prettyperfect.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can process your replacement quickly.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital Files
Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital file purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Important Notes
- Production cannot be canceled once printing has begun.
- Returns are not required unless we specifically request them.
- We resolve verified issues quickly and fairly.
- Please contact support@prettyperfect.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute so we can assist you directly.
