CUSTOM DESIGN REQUESTS

If your requested artwork requires combining elements from multiple photos into one finished design — such as placing two houses side by side, adding an outbuilding from another photo, or adding people — a one-time $19.95 custom design upgrade is required.

This is one upgrade for the overall artwork, not a separate charge for each person, building, or photo being combined.

If your order requires this upgrade, we'll contact you after your order is placed with the details. No additional purchase is needed unless we contact you.

Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

They did a stunning job. My only issue and warning would be to be careful of using Font 3 if you have anything with a double L. It prints it as one L. We didn't notice it in the mock up so it isn't their fault it got printed that way. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome and the gift was well received! Thank you!
