Our item arrived promptly and well-packed. It is absolutely lovely in a seating area of our kitchen, where our family and guests spend a lot of time.

We debated over purchasing this piece for around a year. So glad we finally pulled the trigger! This is a quality piece and worth every penny. It looks fantastic over our fireplace mantle. We were worried about shipping because FedEx is not fantastic in our area but thankfully they managed to not lose it and we received it sooner than the estimated arrival date. It was well packaged and ready to hang. We will definitely consider this shop for future purchases for our home! The seller was fantastic communicating expectations for shipping times and kept us well advised even before the automated shipping alerts.

I have not seen the item myself; I bought this as a gift and the recipients say it is beautiful.

Communication from the shop regarding delays could be much better: It took a really long time to ship and the shipping notifications were confusing. I buy a lot on Etsy and the shipping is always quick and the shipping notifications are clear.

This is a quality product, it looks great up on the wall!
