Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

We love our sign, I would give 5 stars but when we initially received the sign it was simpler than we expected, which was too plain for our walls. I contacted the seller and they offered to send us a replacement with the framing which was do wonderful, we ended up adding a back drop (with wood) to the sign and we absolutely love it... it's the centerpiece of our family room!!
