Ready-to-ship items do not require proof approval and ship within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days from order date

Outside the 48 U.S. States

Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
