Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Beautiful blanket. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but well worth the wait and arrived before Christmas. Excellent communication and quality product!

My dog memorial blanket turned out amazing!!! I cannot believe how clear the picutures are! There are no flaws in any of them! The weight of the blanket is perfect, not too thin, and is so soft. This company did not disappoint. Not only is their craftsmanship fantastic, their communication is wonderful too! They communicated with me so well and made sure the blanket was to my specifications before they completed it. My blanket is beautiful and I'm so thrilled with it!!!
