Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

The American Flag wall art came exactly as described, with my added wording printed just to my specifications. The canvas wrap feels substantial and is stretched very tightly. Holy Moly! Where can I give 100 stars for quality, shipping and customer service?!? I ordered this beauty on 8/5/21 hoping to have it in hand for my partners US Citizen swearing in ceremony on 8/18/2021… and it arrived, beautiful and in perfect condition on 8/10/2021! I reached out to customer service about my deadline, and while I couldn't pay extra for expedited shipping just in case (estimated arrival window included dates after I wanted it), they kept me in the loop with updates throughout the entire process. Ah-mazing customer service! My partner absolutely loves it and we'll be ordering something else soon to accompany it. Thank you!!!
