Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However:
• If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
• If we made an error on your order, we will correct it.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can issue a refund upon request. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

It's not the size I wanted. But I guess I didn't order it right. And you can't send it back and have it redone unless it flawed....so I'm stuck with it. I wish for the money I paid I could have the option to exchange it. However I don't. Just make sure you know exactly what your ordering!
