We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items.  Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via email or facebook messenger, to begin expediting your replacement. 

• We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered. 

• In the event of a lost package by USPS, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.  

NOTE: Since each item is made-to-order, never worry about mailing any items back to us.

If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll gladly honor a refund request; we aren't able to cancel an order after it goes into print production.  Reach out to our support for any assistance needed here, and we'll do our best to help.
