Recipients may withdraw consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Downhill Stretch LLC will honor opt-out requests and will not send additional automated reminder messages to that phone number unless the recipient subsequently opts in again.

Consent Records

Downhill Stretch LLC may retain records showing when and how SMS consent was obtained, as necessary to administer the program and demonstrate compliance with messaging requirements.
